What is PLYWOOD?

It is a panel formed by cutting various hardwoods into thin layers with a roll-shaped peeling technique, pressing the layers at a certain temperature and pressure with water-resistant adhesives in directions that will not be parallel to each other after a number of processes.

Plywood has very good mechanical strength and is a fairly lightweight material.

The number of layers is usually produced in such a way that it is an odd number. For example,; 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 pressing in different directions of the layers to each other… also like due to this production method; resistance against shock vibration, which constitute a structure.

As Dülger Family, we have turned to Plywood production and started “Woodex” Brand Plywood production in an area of 33.000 m2 in Çankırı in 2013.

In this process, we are continuing our way with our new partners abroad in order to expand our production volume and make production in accordance with the needs.

We are proud of contributing to the economy of our country by taking our first export steps to Europe in 2017.
